Counter UAV Radar by Cyrentis

Counter UAV Radar is the international trade website of Cyrentis Technology Co., Ltd., a Xi'an, China based manufacturer and supplier of low-altitude security and perimeter protection radar systems. The site supports global security integrators and security users evaluating radar-led drone detection, perimeter surveillance, and low-altitude airspace monitoring projects.

Our Background

Radar Manufacturing for Low-Altitude Security Projects

Counter UAV Radar is operated as the international trade website of Cyrentis Technology Co., Ltd. The company is located in Xi'an, China, and focuses on manufacturing radar systems for low-altitude security, drone detection, perimeter surveillance, and export-oriented security integration projects.

Our core R&D team carries over 10 years of hands-on radar development experience, having participated in the engineering of multiple product families across radar signal processing and intelligent target detection. That engineering depth is what powers the Cyrentis CR Series' classification accuracy and low false-alarm rates.

What Sets the Cyrentis CR Series Apart

Radar installation on mountain ridge

AI Target Classification

Micro-Doppler feature extraction and track-based machine learning classify drones, birds, people, and vehicles at extremely low false-alarm rates, even in cluttered environments.

Zero-Tune Deployment

The ML model adapts automatically to the site environment on installation. No parameter adjustment is required after deployment: power on and operate.

Tri-Domain Coverage

The same hardware simultaneously covers low-altitude airspace, ground surface, and sea surface targets, providing a complete picture from a single sensor installation.

All-Weather Reliability

Cloud and rain clutter suppression maintains detection continuity in adverse weather. IP66 rated for permanent outdoor deployment from -40°C to +55°C.

Built-In Georeferencing

Integrated electronic compass and GPS module provide automatic north-finding and angle compensation, with target coordinates output in WGS-84 and no external reference required.

In-House Manufacturing

2,000 m² Xi'an facility with ISO Class 7 cleanroom and full anti-static ESD control zones. RF module production, phased array assembly, and environmental testing all under one roof.

Application Areas

Where Low-Altitude Security Radar Is Deployed

Cyrentis CR radar configurations support airport-area monitoring, energy facilities, data centers, border and coastal zones, prisons, campuses, and major-event protection.

Export Compliance Management

Dual-Use Item Control — Legal Obligations and Enforcement Risks

Under the Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Export Control of Dual-Use Items and Ministry of Commerce Announcement 2024 No. 51, radar products with sensitive technical characteristics such as long-range detection, low-altitude surveillance, and multi-target tracking (subject to control code 6A108.a) must obtain an export license from the Ministry of Commerce before export. The buyer must provide verified end-user and end-use certificates and issue a non-re-export/non-transfer undertaking. Violations of these requirements may result in suspension of business for rectification, substantial fines, and criminal liability in accordance with the law.

Unprecedented enforcement intensity since 2025

Since the second half of 2025 and into 2026, the relevant Chinese authorities have continued to intensify enforcement against illegal exports of dual-use items. The scale and scope of enforcement have reached record levels, penalty standards have increased significantly, and enforcement measures have expanded from traditional port inspections and seizures to digital trade monitoring, end-user verification, and post-export traceability. The following authorities play core roles in relevant enforcement actions:

  • Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM): Responsible for accepting and approving export license applications for dual-use items, and for pursuing legal liability for exports without a required license or misrepresentation of end use.
  • General Administration of Customs (GACC): Conducts inspections and seizures of non-compliant dual-use export shipments at ports nationwide in accordance with the law, and carries out joint special enforcement campaigns with the Ministry of Commerce.
  • Ministry of State Security (MSS): Conducts intelligence monitoring and risk assessment for exports of high-performance detection and sensing equipment involving national security, and participates in investigations of sensitive export cases.
  • Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT): Jointly issues dual-use item export control lists with the Ministry of Commerce and participates in export control reviews in the military-civil fusion sector.
Our Compliance Capabilities — Ensuring Every Transaction Is Safe and Lawful

Cyrentis Technology Co., Ltd. maintains a comprehensive dual-use item export compliance management system: product classification and control code matching before export, end-user identity verification and qualification screening, Ministry of Commerce export license applications, and full-process compliance document archiving and retention. We provide products only to lawful end users that have passed compliance review, and all export transactions are completed in accordance with the law within the regulatory framework of the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs. By working with us, you can have confidence in the legality and compliance of every cross-border transaction.
